I have information about the shooting in Indian Springs. Please dont attack me as I was in no way involved, but want to keep people safe. I was not a direct witness, but my Grandmother told me everything & everyone who knows her knows her as credible. My brother is Dylan Doyle & he has an extensive record of violent offenses in McIntosh, Tulsa, Muskogee, & Wagoner counties. In fact he had trial in November for nearly beating my father to death. Saturday night Dylan was agitated & attacked my father again. Thankfully he received a phone call moments into the attack & my dad was able to get out & call the sheriff. When the sheriff arrived Dylan ran out the back heading to a bonfire being had be some other residents. Dylan said he was going to kill one of the people there because he thought she called the sheriff & was approaching rapidly & in an aggressive manner. There was an unknown man who has an open carry license & he shot in the dirt 3 times in front of Dylan to make his stop approaching. The officer mistakenly thought the man protecting the woman was Dylan & that this violent person had a gun so he fired on the man. The mans 11 year old son was witness to his father being shot. Personally, I dont think the officer was wrong. He did what he was trained to do & I feel horrible for him. The man, his son, & officer are in my thoughts. Does anyone know who the man is? I want to flowers, which seems silly but I have to do something. The reason Im telling this on a public site is because if Dylan has a bond set my mother will bail him out again & the community will continue to be in danger. Please start calling the DAs office in the morning requesting no bond due to his extensive violent past. If you have any questions Im happy to answer, but please dont attack me. This is my brother & it hurts to have to say these things about him, but I have no choice. The little boy could have been caught in the cross fire & the public needs protection.
