Sorry, but the Campus Police should have been involved with this incident...This is their Tunnel at the University gong under the road and monitored from a MASTER CONTROL CENTER with video Surveillance... The responding Local City Police are being sued over this incident....In review...I think this got out of hand as illustrated here... Please provide feedback here upon your review...
