I have just literally climbed out of bed.. my muscles feel like a ran a marathon. So gonna start the morning off with a protein smoothie, almond milk, and water. Hint of coffee.. then.. more hydration. This is the routine. :) Then.. I will figure out the rest of the day. Last night was awesome in a myriad of ways. I think I went through every emotion possible in one evening leading up until the moment my head hit the pillow.
