I have just returned from a wonderful trip to Ireland with my daughter Jordana (she did the driving). Having seen the sights of Dublin, we drove to Glendaloch and the beautiful Wicklow Mountains--where we did stop several times for sheep to cross the road. Getting to the remarkable town of Blarney, we climbed to the top of the tower and she kissed the Blarney Stone (she already has the gift of gab, but this will just enhance it). The B&B was picture perfect with a very hospitable host whose Irish breakfast was delicious. There are not enough words to tell how great the Irish music was. Then onward to the Ring of Kerry! Picture perfect! Adare Manor (home of the Irish Open) was the finishing touch to a once in a lifetime adventure.
