I have just sent this message to Senator Chiz Escudero...Dear Senator, I have just spoken to our counterpart, our highness Queen Helen. As you can see Senator, we must hand in hand helping each other in the rebuilding of typhoon devastated areas across the country. We are now planning a reconstruction of the areas which were devastated and we need your help. You can again push through your proposal before for the construction of permanent evacuation centers throughout the country built with high endurance materials to stand any typhoons, floodings etc, and to be built in high areas with enough space for choppers to use for landing in case of ration supplies, further emergencies etc.
