I have just spent over 2 hours with Bank of America trying to get a credit card payment they misapplied to the wrong account changed to the right card. I think I could have solved the National debt in that time considering the incompetent people I had to deal with. Finally after talking with 3 people who were rude, had lack of knowledge of what to do and wanted to know information I should not have been required to give, I called my local branch and that gentleman could not have been nicer. So the lesson is keep it close to home. Thank you, Mr. Cooper.
