I have kept my opinion on the referendum to myself up to now but was really sad and disappointed to read all the nasty vitriol and hatred being thrown back and forth on social media sites this morning. As most of you know I was born in England to a proud Scottish father and a wonderful English mother, I was however raised in Scotland and my heart and soul will always belong to this beautiful country. Im proud to be Scottish, I am also very proud and privileged to be British. We are and always should be a United Kingdom, united we stand and united we shall fall! The vote is now over and the majority have won. The decision has been made and everyone just needs to move forward. Please respect each others opinion because what a boring world it would be if we all agreed on everything! I also think if people used the passion that they have shown for their country to improve it, Scotland would be a much better place to live. Enough said! :)
