I have known Oliver Stone by his films so far and I liked them... so far. But after this post I took a look at his twitter and FB page and a thought came to my mind. If someone like Oliver Stone tries to express an alternative opinion and makes you believe that main stream media lies and he is telling the truth, think again. I have been following events in Ukraine since the very begging of protests in late 2013 and knowing so much more details about life in Ukraine for the last 23 years than Mr. Oliver, I can tell that he is not being very objective here. But I want to remind him what he said when he has been interviewed by Vladimir Posner in November (you can find it on Olivers FB page). It was the first question Mr. Posner asked him. He asked him about how he feels about Civil Disobedience and Henry David Thoreaus quote that government is more harmful than helpful and people should do what is right instead of obeying the law. I highly recommend listening to the beginning of that interview (it is starts on 1:30 min) and his answer. Because it is exactly the case Henry David Thoreau was talking about and apparently Mr. Oliver agrees with him.
