I have known Sue Maynes for some years now. She has been very active in studying the constitution and I have learned much from her in both her writings and in our conversations. This latest newsletter from her is synchronistic in the least as it talks specifically about our legal tender. It seems that she has come to the same place I have in realising that it is NOT the laws & legislation that is the cause of poverty, wars & the injustices of the world (or even Local/State/Federal Governments), but our banking system and the currency we use. This is an excellent read in terms of understanding how this, above all else affects our very way of life and the importance on focusing on changing this, rather than changing our government or taking to the streets to protest. I should mention however, that I dont believe that the solution is in going to court for many reasons. Some of which are; 1) Our judges are employed by the corporation, not commissioned by a De Jure Government and they can only make a ruling within the parameters of the legislation provided by the very Government that has created this wealth harvesting & debt servitude in the first instance. 2) Challenging in courts, is taking up the sword, not the shield. Universal law dictates that when you live by the sword, you shall die by the sword. You can only operate in honour and with the full protection of source when you operate with a shield because it makes the sword redundant. 3) Solutions are needed for an alternative way to trade which is a much better use of our collective energy. Fighting them, only allows the energy harvesting to be perpetuated, only if through a different method. They WANT us to fight them and challenge them in court because thats a game in their control and our focus and energy is directed exactly where they want it. 4) WE ARE THE VALUE. Our time and efforts should be focused on how it can expressed in our own currency of sweat equity where it is used for growing communities, not burdened by debt servitude. I am currently working with others who are well respected in the field of alternate currencies to develop a concept a new method of exchange. Many of them are also great researchers and have brought to the table some of the truths we know today.
