I have learned a lot about life from the potted Hibiscus next to my bed. Regardless of how attentive I am to its needs it frequently gets a few leaves that yellow suddenly, die and fall away. The majority of the leaves are lush green healthy and enjoy a long life. When conditions are just right the most incredibly beautiful blooms appear, but they are only fleeting. All the care and worry is worth it not only for the occasional bloom, but for the many lush leaves and to minimize the lost leaves. Such is life...I am going to continue with diligent care.
