I have learned as that in order be a vessel that God can use you must be willing to let go of all your preconceive thoughts, opinions, and ideas. The reason that many cannot operate fully in the spiritual dimension is because we limit God by what we been told and we ourselves think. Other times we block him by our own past experiences or the experiences we seen in others. We also inwardly try to control and quench the unction of the Holy Spirit. In this spiritual journey the Lord will display his splendor in so many ways, but in order for one to partake you must be open and willing to go where he unction. We are in an hour not must we let God out the box but we must take the brakes off the Holy Spirit.
