I have learned that although intentions are good, sometimes when you say too much, especially to people in your circle, it can end communication. I try to teach, mentor, lead by example, but just because it works for me, does not mean that it works for everyone. Lesson, be objective, be willing to compromise, and by all means assess all sides of a situation before you speak. It could make a huge difference. That persons defiance to your input could just be a cry for real help. I am a work in progress, Im still learning. #willingtobetaught
