I have learned that when one becomes a grandmother, everyone asks, So, what will Kade (my first grandson from Brandon, he was born Sunday) call you? I have yet to answer this as grandma sounds old and as some have told me, You are old. This further complicates the problem because my definition of old is different than the dictionary or the world. So having said that, I now have an answer. Would you like to know what Ive chosen? Or better yet, what has chosen me? My grandma name is .... drum roll ... do it again ... Its G-Pam. Kade can call me that ... Thats right, I dont have many grandma traits so most of you will be saying, Gee-Pam what were you thinking? On a good day the G will stand for grandma. On a bad day, it wont. Ha... ... G-Pam ... it fits!
