I have learned the power, grace & love in taking care of ones self. I left work today with a migraine starting and my body hurting. I went home, took some medicine and laid down. I didnt worry about anyone else or what they needed from me. I didnt worry about getting work done, homework done or any other obligations other than letting my covers wrap around me and allowing my body to rest. Self care is mandatory! We cant be great for everyone else unless we are great for ourselves and sometimes that means listening to your body and resting. ;) #HealingOne
