I have little tolerance for religious fundamentalism, or any kind of fundamentalism for that matter. What if no ones system or path was any better than the next persons? What if we all didnt believe we had God in our back pocket? We have left no room for mystery. I posit that this religious over confidence comes from insecurity and xenophobia. Why cant we just be human? We are organisms in the grand cosmos. We are a speck of dust in a long chain of being. Why so many damn labels and boxes to fit in? Is this the age old attempt to partition ourselves off from one another? I apologize in advance if my posts seem crass in any way. Im just sick of the narrow mindedness of some of this worlds fundamentalist camps. Time to widen the scope a little bit more kids. Take an anthropology or philosophy class for shit sake.
