I have lived through enormous highs and devastating lows in my life. Many of you have been on the mountain top with me and have carried me through the valleys. Such is life. None of us are immune to lifes ups and downs. They come and they go. Things are always changing. I am saddened tonight to hear of a dear friend of mine whos 17 year old son chose to end his own life. Often we see life circumstances as too overwhelming and even have the deep feeling like things will never get better. If thats you tonight, I have good news for you. Things do get better. Dont make a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Talk to someone. Get help. Let us carry you through it. We all need to be carried some time.
