I have lived with chronic lower back pain for the past decade, not - TopicsExpress

I have lived with chronic lower back pain for the past decade, not to mention the constant tightness in the rest of my back and my neck. I used to get massages often--especially whenever I was in Asia--and it always hurt like hell because my body was so sensitive. Ive also tried acupuncture, a chiropractor, exercise, anything I could think of, but nothing actually helped the throbbing in my lower back go away, even temporarily. Every morning I woke up with the throbbing, went through my days with it, went to bed with it, and often joked that I was just used to living in pain. It really, really sucked though. For the past few days, the throbbing has been gone, and I honestly feel like a part of me is missing. The secret? (Is this starting to sound like an infomercial yet?) The Nayoya Acupressure Mat and Pillow Set (from Amazon of course). I was skeptical at first but was willing to try yet another method because chronic pain makes a person desperate. My back and neck still have some stiffness that feel deep-rooted and will take more time to heal, but the main source of my pain is officially gone. Goodbye throbbing...youve been my reliable companion for far too many years...and though your departure came as a bit of a surprise, I am so thankful it has finally happened.
