I have looked at a number of videos which can lead us in yoga practice and the link below, I have found to be one of the best. Many are too fast or too hard for beginners (there are intermediate ones available with the same man leading us in speech and instruction) some I cant bear their voices (my prob not theirs) but I like this mans voice - all practice is simple but can be slightly challenging. There is no such term as no pain no gain - so dont hurt yourself at all. Re-align your body if the pose does not feel right and only go as far as you can - sometimes this deepens with each out breathe. I have found that daily yoga can sort out all sorts of problems that we encounter - allow us to stay more in the present and not keep churning up things from the past - within ourselves - or our relationships with others and stop us from worrying too much about the future . Yoga practice strengthens the whole of ourselves - not just our bodies. Children being allowed to move freely - do all the yoga practice they need quite naturally, without thinking or being aware of doing so - they just move spontaneously and instinctively.
