I have made 20 copies of my social security card since I was taken under Melinda Harrells social security number twice. She was on welfare, food stamps and unemployment. I paid her utility bill and got taken under her name. Did not check my ID or anything. I thought that I was being taking under the exchange students green card number and it was Melinda Harrells Id number. The Sherrifs station served me with papers on her in Chowan Ahoskie. I went into shock. Called them back and asked a deputy to come get me. I am not Melinda Harrell nor do I want to be treated by her medical record. He checked and brought me home. I be damned if the same people at Washington County Emergency room did the same thing again. It was cleared up the first time. Maybe the owners in Kansas will close down Washington County Emergency Room and Hospital. They gave me to a duck hunter after giving me a shot that left me defenseless and Cherry Hospital had no idea who I was or what happened to me when they found me bleeding. They think that I had my period for a whole month. Now how stupid do you think they are. It does not take a Rocket Scientist to figure out that I was raped with serious wounds. I was speechless! I am in shock by the QUACKS! I want Washington County Emergency Room and Hospital closed down.
