I have made moves over the past 5 years to better myself in my safety carreer. I have rolled with some great players in the industrial game. Ive worked for bosses who have given me oppurtuinity, direction, insight, and fire. Some have given me high blood pressure, a wide open vocabulary, and an idea that if hes here....who is running hell? LOL! Either way. I been listening, picking up tricks of the trade, and climbing. Most importantly climbing towards my own goals. But honestly the most important thing Ive learned in Safety is that you have to KNOW your people. If I have really learned from someone....its the 500-700 people who I have come across since I started in Safety. The everyday grinders. Thanks for making me the best Safety Guy I can be. I may not be.... by the book. But my method works for me. Treat everyones Safety the same. From the guy sweeping up the shop....to the CEO of the company.
