I have managed to unintentionally make some people mad!!! We are blessed that The Lord helped us to get the house in North Carolina. We love it, it is wonderful. Many of you also know we have been building on a home in Kentucky where we own land. We have been working on it for 2 plus years. The Lord has blessed us with several meetings in Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana and Virginia. Many of these places have arrangements made to keep us in, however we have several local meetings less than 2 hours from our Nancy Ky address. I hesitate to even mention this because so many people helped us get the house in NC, and I posted this once over the weekend and earlier this morning and have had some stinging and a couple ugly comments. However, I was approached by a gentleman about our unfinished house in KY. It will cost around 9,000.00 to finish the gentleman has told me he will give me 1,000.00 towards the 9,000.00 we need to finish the house on one condition: if I can find 80 people to give me 100.00 or 160 people to give 50.00 by August 31st. THESE ARE HIS TERMS... We have been blessed to have all the drywall in but not finished, also The Lord blessed us to get the water meter and water lines ran. We need heat and air, plumbing, electric finished, flooring, cabinets etc. I am NOT GOING to borrow money because if we had a few slow months of income or meetings it would be impossible to pay a loan back and I dont want to lose it after God blessed us with it. I am VERY GRATEFUL at what The Lord has already done for us and if its not meant to be I can accept that I dont mean to come off as begging or being ungrateful and I really dont like people making the comments that were sent to me...here is a part of 2 of the 5 messages sent me... People helped you but a house in North Carolina are you like the preachers on TV, stop begging and get a job... The other part of a message you are awful arrogant sounding, who do you think you are that we should just send you money as of now Im labeling you a crook and thief.... This is the kind of reaction Im getting. Sorry if mentioning this offends anyone. Just help me Pray about it!! Thank you very much.
