I have my new personal trainer on a mission. I need to lose 3 percent body fat by March 2015. One way I am going to do it, he says, is to cut out my one food vice: take out Chinese and Thai. It has tons of fat and oils. I know that, but...! Can I do it? Find out on my page Fit As Apple Pie, where we are all motivating one another to be the best US around.
