I have never been charged with nor committed a crime in my life. But I avoid the local constabulary like the plague. I absolutely distrust Police officers as both arms of the Court and government. I dont trust them to protect me or act in my interests. I think they are a protected class of society that largely are about the business of privileged classes of people. Not racially but financially. You are much more likely to be blue-lighted driving a 10 year old Ford than you are a new Beemer. Thats just the facts and that applies if you are the Black man driving the Beemer and the White man driving the beater Ford product. Laws today are designed to make even the innocent man guilty of something so you are best advised to knaught open your pie hole to policing authority about anything, even in passing. Police seek convictions, that is their stock-in-trade. Its what motivates them. Officer Friendly is a myth. Know that. You do knaught want to gain the attention of anyone in Blue. Here is some basic tips to avoid any unwanted attention : #1: Dont strong arm liquor stores. #2: Dont walk down the centre of a traffic lane. These things have been known to get you unwanted Police attention and highly not recommended. Many seemingly innocuous actions will bring the Man to you. I myself once went to the Beach with a camera on a summers day and got the attention of 5 Police Officers who implied that I might have pictures of Children on my camera that I dont know. They said they were acting on a complaint and that they have to investigate any complaint. That is Cop mentality. The most innocuous behaviour can result in the attentions of Officers and things can escalate very fast. with even the most innocuous incident. White or Black. I have no room for Police Officers or Officers of the Court on my social media pages. If I distrust them, I hardly want them reading everything I might say. And again , this is from somebody who has never been charged with a crime in his life but I believe in the right to remain silent and believe anything I say can and will be held against me in a court of law. It doesnt make Policemen bad people but it makes them agents of authority and as such I as a free man , cannot trust a government agent if I value my freedoms.
