I have never experienced physical pain like I experienced on Wednesday, November 12. I woke up tossing and turning and couldnt get into any comfortable position. I honestly thought it was gas. This continued on for about 6 hours. I was taking tums, smoking cigs, doing stretches. Anything to make it subside. At 2 pm I finally took an ambulance to the nearest hospital. I had a fear it was my appendix. I arrived at the hospital at 2:00 pm at which time they ordered a ct scan. At 10:00 pm they finally came to the ER to wheel me to get my ct scan. At 11:00 pm they said they would know the results shortly. My brother called to see how it was going and if I needed surgery because he really needed mom home with him because he was feeling quite shitty too. The nurse guilted mom into staying until after my surgery was complete in case of complications. At 1:00 am my surgery was threw and our neighbor, Wally drove mom home. When she walked in she found my brother passed out between his bedroom and bathroom. She immediately called 911 and unfortunately he passed away on the way to the hospital. We were to begin our new adventure this coming Monday. The three of us were moving to Houston because my brother finally landed his dream job. Andrew was feeling the best that hes felt in several years. He had lost 130 lbs and had regained some of his confidence back. I really appreciate the outpouring of love and support towards our family. I would most like to thank his Florida family for their special friendship that he valued beyond words. The next few weeks will be an emotional roller coaster and just knowing I have special people in my life to get me through will make this journey a tad bit easier.
