I have never gotten into the social media at all, not sure I have ever made more than 1 post, but I have a gripe and this may or may not be the place to air it but here goes!!! SEARS: I have been buying clothes since 1957 (I remember walking out with my first little suite of clothes) and using Kenmore Appliances from Sears since 1966 when I bought my first Dryer on my Uncle Joes credit card because I didnt have one. I have always had good delivery, terms and service until now!! I waited about two weeks (a long time-Sears must need more technicans if they are now having that many breakdowns on new stuff) for scheduled service supposedly from 1-5 on Thursday March 6, the parts ordered are on my washer and have been since a day or two before the expected arrival. Glenda and I waited with phone on my side the entire 4 hour period but no show and NO PHONE CALL-I then called Customer Service who said the Technician called and no one was home. ABSOLUTE UNTRUTH-no missed calls on my cell and I received several other calls during the time frame. They then said it would be the 18th but some one would call me the next morning to see if they could get me a time sooner-NO CALL yet. I called the store where we purchased it and they said they would try to get me an earlier time, but NO CALL back yet! I should have bought another washer for the time it has cost me and the fees to wash elsewhere, BUT YOU CAN BE SURE IF I DO, IT WILL NOT BE FROM SEARS-A SAD CASE OF SORRY CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER ALMOST 50 YEARS OF USING, LIKING AND RECCOMENDING SEARS TO MANY FRIENDS AND FAMILY!! One unhappy camper-I have never bashed anyone on social media, but there is always a first and this is it! I expected MORE from a company as great as SEARS used to be! Has anyone besides me had a bad or good experience with Sears Marshall Babb
