I have never had to put a company on blast on Facebook but this company has left me no option. Brandon M Gazaway who is the owner of MB Network now known as C2 industries has really pulled a fast one on 8 of his employees. So this starts with me in Florida putting date and time Stamps on all his photos and labeling them so they would be approved by Goodman Networks. He paid me via Walmart at that time. I was then asked to come out into market with him in Texas so I did. I arrived and sat in hotel the first two days. They had a site that everyone who worked for him had been on that had 13 Alarms after the install and no one could clear. I went up top and cleared the whole site within 2 hours it was all plumbed wrong.... no worries right. Well the next 3 days we sat because his vendor had no more sites. So he comes to me and asked me if I could find us some work. So I gave him a plug with a friend of mine Jimmy Spriggs. He immediately gave us a brand new contract he just got in Denver Colorado doing the T mobile 700 upgrade. Best part ALL ROOFTOPS!! So payday comes around and we where told he cant make payroll this week he will make it up next pay period granted now we are on a two week pay period. He gave us per diem and said to hang in there which we where all not happy but we did. Well next period comes around again (two weeks later) and again was told that he had not been paid. Well remember I got him the contract so I called The man we where subing the work from and asked him when he was going to pay Brandon well to my surprise he said he did!!! He said that Brandon called him begging to paid for the sites that where complete well almost complete no sweeps or fiber test done but He still paid Brandon so he could make payroll. Only problem is that we still never got paid!!!! Well once Jimmy found out Brandon did not pay his workers things went south. All of a sudden he pulls out and goes back to Texas at like 10 at night and leaves me and 3 other in Denver to fend for ourselves. Well the 3 of us finished the incomplete site with what we had which was nothing no trailer nothing just our personal tools. Then Jimmy paid for us to get home. But now he had no crews to complete the work so he lost the contract which I feel responsible for cause I introduced them to each other and if I did not Jimmy would have found a different company that would have done the job right with no drama. Well I let it go to see if that Friday any deposits where made to my account and of course not. So I reached out to some higher up friends I have in the industry that have been more than helpful they have actually helped put all the correct paper work together for the labor board in Texas and Colorado because thats where the work was. I had a phone interview with the Texas Department of labor Wednesday who asked what kind of proof I had. I showed them all our text messages cause I dont delete anything plus texts from his main guy plus emails from him and log in and log out reports plus emails from Ericsson and T mobile that confirmed my accusations and they said I had more then enough to file like 3 different kinda of law suites against him and in two different states, and they set up a meeting on Monday here at the Florida office to turn over all text messages emails and give a written statement. Well next day was thanksgiving so I wrote him and let him know ahead of time what I was doing to give him the opportunity to make it right cause 8 weeks with no check on a two week pay period will kill any family especially this time of year. I wrote him telling him how bad off we where and that I did not want to do this just give me at lest half of what you owe me so we can pay some bills and get some food and maybe a couple of gifts for Christmas for my two kids. Not even one word. So my point of this was just to warn everyone STAY AWAY FROM BRANDON GAZAWAY! !! AND THANK EVERY ONE WHO HAS HELPED ME FILE THE RIGHT PAPER WORK........and Brandon I never saw you doing this in a million years. My meeting is at 2:30 p.m eastern time so if you would like for this to go away you have my number and I think you know me well enough to know that this is the LAST thing I wanted to do but definitely smart enough to do this all legal and the right way.
