I have never had worse customer service then I just received from Expedia!!!!!!!! After giving all of my credit card information for a flight the representative informed me that he paired a hotel with my booking. He never mentioned that, and I never asked for that during our call. When I told him I did not want a hotel he tried to charge me $300 more for my flight. Then he hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager. Now I have called corporate who sent me to a voice mail which stated they would return my call in 72 hours. 72 hours I need a flight now! I have called the 800 number back and have been sent to 3 representatives that can not help me so they keep putting me on hold for a manager and I have been on hold for 30 mins!! I am so angry I can not see straight and I will never use Expedia again after this is resolved.
