I have never studied or rather divuldge much on the study of the sanctuary like I have since we started the bible studies. Today on discussion was part to of the brazen laver (exodus 38:8) which represents part 2 of our Christian walk in BAPTISM (ezekiel 36:26-27). It is this instrument/partical of the sanctuary that reminds us that it is through Christ that we can see our spiritual uncleaness just like the priests had to wash themselves with the water which was in the particle then see themselves on the bronze mirrors (genesis 38:8) they saw themselves through Christ. We too are too look at ourselves through Christ and realise our need for daily santification (1corinthians 6:9-10). The great work that was carried in the sanctuary for mans redemption was taught by the earthly sactuary and its services. Here are some more scriptures regarding the brazen laver (baptism) : Exodus 30:18-20; Ephesians 5:25-26; Acts 2:38 and John 13:10. May God bless and keep you as we continue to grow in His word.
