I have never tried to compile a list of my very favourite songs of all times but, if I would, songs included there (regardless of its size) would be quite different - energetic, joyous, lyrical, angry, desperate - whatever you can think of as a definition. And it may sound incredible but out of such a list (not sure about Top 10 but certainly Top 20) three are released by Belgian bands, all three are quite nervous or sad, and two of them are from the same album released 10 years ago*. One opens the album, the other one closes it (and with this its quite logical why this LP is one of my favourite LPs of all times). And Im lucky to have listened to both played one by one as the closing two numbers of the gig weve visited in Moscow (which otherwise has been distorted by a very sharp sound - but these two songs have certainly saved it).
