I have no clue why its always me, but my equation with some banks is really bad... The latest example being Citibank India... They got my phone no and e-mail address wrong, and when I call their damn customer service they tell me to go to a branch with a written letter... I do as said, and even after 14 working days, theyre still not able to update my details... Damn you Citibank India... You really failed my expectations... Plus your customer care sucks so big time, cant even tell... Get my issues sorted as soon as you can, or else Im just moving to the next bank at my sight... #citibank #badcustomerservice #citisucks ...
