I have no idea how I pull this whole "professional" thing off so well. I hear the words coming out of my mouth, explaining what is wrong with the customers unit, how I can fix it, how much it costs, assuring them that it will be done right and in a timely manner> They are relieved that I am going to take such good care of them ( and I will, too ) but seriously, inside... my heart is already out on the raft at the lake, not trapped here counting the hours until the weekend starts. haha! My whole entire being is screaming for some boat time. How am I going to make it through the winter? I better start looking into snowmobiles.
