I have no problems with people who say they are in favour of Allocated Seating for all films but what I do have a problem with is their attitude. Even before A.S. rolled out, I made suggestions that Cineworld might put in place before the new policy went ahead but they were ignored. The two main ones were to address lighting levels in the auditoria which would allow patrons to see Row and Seat details and that customers should be allowed to view seating plans either by allowing the screens at point of pay to be swivelled or at least by providing laminated seating plans. Of course others have made similar suggestions. These basic improvements will benefit all customers whether you are in favour of A.S. or against. Why of why, are these suggestions still not in place? Grrrr
