I have no qualms about creditors wanting their monies back from the debtors. They may use all necessary legal means. Liscenced moneylending may be regulated heavily by MAS and ministry of law but debt collection agencies are not governed by any one agency. (Maybe by registry of moneylenders) But I find the actions of these debt collectors in the video quite appalling. Think the general rule is that they may not contravene criminal law and etc. So any criminal offense disclosed? I have a few at the back of my mind. Theodore Goh
