I have not been posting much since we have been home from our trip to NAILE. We came home winners in many ways. We took grand reserve in both Columbia and Natural Color fleeces, reserve in yearly natural ram class and first in natural fall ewe lamb and first in natural yearly ram ., We enjoyed our time with the Draise family, my in laws and our many friends., More then that , we spent time togather as a family , I loved each and every minute.,We were able to have Lucky , Griffin and Clayton Walker join us for the weekend., I took exams upon my return and did well and then came Thanksgiving dinner., I hosted the family this year , it was wonderful to see all the children and grandchildren and my in laws for dinner at the same time., I have finals next week and then lambing should resume in 2 weeks., This will be a busy winter , harvest was successful and my husband will be home in the evening more often now. I was able to have my step father up for dinner for the first time as well.,I lost my father on Nov 24 in 1988 and every year it is s struggle to not have him for the holiday.,His fav holiday was thanksgiving.,I am blessed more ways then I can count and my richest blessing is family.,I am surrounded with love and family daily and I would not trade my life as I now know it for anything in the world., My struggles and my trials has brought me to this point in my life and I am the person I am today for it., At the end of the day , I am where I am supposed to be., In love with life and all that entails.,
