I have not ever experienced such bad service on several occations now from Drs van Wagenining & Partners at Medi Clinic. My son needs to go for an x-ray so I phoned to hear the price as we do not have medical aid we need to know if this is affordable to us, but apparently they cannot give me a price over the phone. I was told to scan & email the reference letter in order to get a price, which I did and I am still waiting for a response even though I made it clear to their accounts department that I would like to have this x-ray done asap. Needless to say that both their number remains engaged for long periods, and if you do get through they manage to cut you off as well. Why can they not just give you a ball point figure that you can bring with? Please cant we get some competition in our town for these guys as they are really pathetic
