I have not posted much, nor will i until AT&T decides to fix my service. 19 months of excellent service then boom. They sent me a new modem, received it at 7:10 PM. It did not fix my issue. I was on the phone with them for 45 minutes asking where my modem was because it was "promised" by 6 PM. Called them back at 7:20 only to get a recoding stating, call back during normal business hours. NO TV, INTERNET NOTHING. I use my Verizon hotspot sparing as to not waste data , and it reminds me of the old dial up days
