I have not pulled the photos off the camera for a week and I forgot I did get a chance to try a high ISO with a high shutter speed. This Grebe put on quite the show for me one morning early in the week. Dead calm conditions resulted in the green reflection from the reeds, except for where the ripples are. They allow the sunlight to refract differently off the slightly raised surface giving the blue water color in the rings. Shot on a sunny day ISO 800 with a 1/2000 shutter speed. I hope some of you enjoy it.
