I have not weighed myself since before our Vegas vacation and Thanksgiving. Ive been too afraid to! Tonight I bit the bullet and hopped on the scale and to my surprise Ive not only maintained my weight during vacation and holidays...but Ive lost a pound! Im encouraged to keep going! Still have 50 pounds to go before Im satisfied. Its so funny because the ER doctor mentioned that it would be good for my health to start losing weight...before I could say anything Stephan blurts out HEY! SHES ALREADY LOST 35 LBS AND DOING GREAT ......made me feel better :)
