I have not writtenon my face book page in a while. However, I am on FB once and a while reading friends and family posts; and I might respond at times. I rarely post anything about me but this has been a trying year for me. I can’t express the struggles my family has had to endure… But God! If it had not been for the Lord and encouragement from family we could have not made it. I would always say that God is working things out for good. My big brother “pastor” said something very profound to me. He said “we leave out the most important part of this scripture.” He said that the beginning of that scripture says… “And we know… meaning God and I know that all thing work together for good to them that love the Lord, and are called to unto his purpose. I do know we are all called out people for God’s purpose. I also know that our trials do not come to kill us but to make us stronger. My husband and I discussed that we were not just in a fight but we were in a battle. A fight only last for a little while but a battle is ongoing. But we stand on the words of singer Yolanda Adams “The Battle is not yours… It’s the Lords. We will come out with our hands up, and the glory of God will be manifested through us. There can be no testimony without a test. Please keep the Melton family in your prayers.
