I have noticed over the years as women, as activists/protectors and protesting as Sassafrass that Jo and I have attitude LOL… and it has impact. That attitude for the most part is soft hearted and joyful. I note that ‘THAT’ is a characteristic of a lot of activists. It is always clear that we stand for the environment and people not the corporations, that we would enable a peaceful revolution. The remarkable thing about my work with Jo is that we make a choice in every circumstance regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change the government in one sweep. We cannot change the fact that corporations act in greed filled ways. We cannot change the inevitable. BUT!! we can stand up against injustice. What we always do is flow in the river… where we are... and be happy bumping into other like minded bubbles as we float or are rushed along in the current.
