I have now left the safety of my work place and ventured back to the darkness, on the way into the village I noticed one of the roads was closed, are they trying to shut us away from civilisation? Do they not want us to be helped? What is happening? I can feel the paranoia kicking in but I must stay strong for Faye and the dogs. My fear for Faye has now grown even stronger as I caught her trying to put one of the dogs in the oven, thank god its electric!! Starvation plays a cruel game. The villagers in true Dunkirk spirit (Gary Kennedy) are having a candle lit vigil on the green for the lost village of stebbing this evening, Im going to take Faye as I feel seeing other people my help her, I truly hope is does?? Latest update from the people I dont know if I can trust them or is it just me and my mind playing games??!! Update at 17:13 - Weve made repairs to the high voltage network in your area, which has restored some of the power. We may still have work to do on our low voltage network. Were sorry for the disruption this power cut has caused you and at times the lack of information we have been able to provide.
