I have observed over decades of being actively involved in church and ministry etc.. That often special emphasis is given to the married pastor, the pastors wife and couples in ministry. Even special ministry is often created for single people in general. Out of all the Pastoral and Leadership Conferences that I have attended, never gave I seen, a seminar, class or conference especial for persons who are single and in ministry. Whether Male or female.. I am convinced that there is a lack of special ministry to those who serve in ministry while being obviously SINGLE. The reality is, there are certain challenges, advantages and dis disadvantages to serving while single. I am convinced there exists a great opportunity and a need in this are. YOUR THOUGHTS. QUESTION. Has anyone else observed or noticed this. Please give me your feedback.
