I have often been known to say that a study is not enough. I get rather critical of people who pull a study or two that supports their POV. Or people who do a study or two and start selling stuff and ideas. This is why. Science has a system. Part of that system is whether results can be REPLICATED. When I am critical, it does not mean that I think that most scientists are corrupt. It does not mean I doubt the findings of a paper. Its that we look at the WHOLE, not the PARTS. Anyone can pull a study to prove a POV. Be careful about taking that at face value. Dont let anyone ever make you feel badly for asking tough questions. This trend of one study wonders is not science. Its just A study. Yes - this is about Gluten. Take the lesson as one of science. REPLICATION....It matters.
