I have often told those close to me that I am happy my life has been a significant challenge so that I would have the knowledge only adversity provides, making me capable of passing on that understanding, sparing others. In the last few years, one such thing has been asthma. If I may help someone avoid contracting the condition, or to just provide tips which aid relief, feel free to inquire and I will always reply as quickly as possible.
