I have over 400 friends here on Facebook but only about 6 who in all honest really know me. Were so disconnected as a people because of social media we dont take the time to really invest in relationships with one another anymore. I really am gonna start to challenge myself to be more present in the lives of those I love and the ones that I want to get to know and I challenge you to do the same. Instead of a text, call. instead of inboxing someone that you miss them, go and spend time with them. instead of making a fb status of how much you love and cut for that particular person, show them with physical actions and deeds. What are we really afraid of? Lets get back to the way things use to be when we could communicate, break bread, fellowship, grow, and develop true and authentic relationships with people!
