I have played this game for just over 2 years and visit this forum on a daily basis to review the what issues others may be having and to educate myself on the game play. I personally enjoy the game and the friendships that have come with it but I must say that enough is enough. Ive come to realize that the only thing that the developer ( Plarium ) cares about is their profit margins, they consistently place new things to spend my money on, which is completely understandable being a business but when your customers comes to you with their problems they send their lack luster front man ( Keera Raz ) to describe in the least helpful way possible that she doesnt know and to place a ticket in for review, in which case if there is a reply to the ticket it is commonly to tell you they dont know how to help and the issue is yours alone. I believe a representative of the company ( Plarium ) that is actually involved with the what we as players are experiencing should be placed on this page, maybe someone that actually has some sort understanding in the game play, when Keera does not. Common issues such as the emitter map being empty and double raids have never been corrected or even considered as an issue from what Ive seen here, and now players troops are being placed in their bunkers without their knowledge leaving them open for attacks, losing them resources and troops which will not be replaced as Plarium holds no responsibility. We as the players of your game simply ask that Plarium simply does what any good, reliable business would do and fix the problems we are having or at least give an explanation as to why we are having them, and please please remember the old saying The customer is always right.
