I have rarely been so bloody furious at a company I do business with. Bait and switch as a business model is not one that tends to make one happy, asking to pay up front for your switch and not giving any assurances or timelines for the bait makes it even more fun... add to that a telephone tree menu longer than a country mile and customer service that does not consist of talking to a person unless you want to spend more money along with promos that expire before the promo items are available and a website that directs you to dead pages... yeah much fun... really want to break things very badly right now... its rare I can feel my pulse but this is one of those times.
