I have read in the new Vision of today 25/7/2013, in which Presedient Museveni has suggested creating another constituency in Buhwejju District in Uganda. He recently promised Kyakwanzi District another constituency. This is going to be the trend throughout the country and by the time he realizes we shall have 400 constituencies. The cost of public Administration will increase given the fact that an MP earns well over $8,000 or shs.20 million a month. As a patriotic Ugandan we should review and reduce on the number of constituencies by the year 2016. For instance for the Bugisu region we need only three constituencies Egon Zone North, central and south ; After the Local Councils are doing tremendous work on the ground and worst of all the majority of the MPs do not attend parliamentary sessions. Remember 20 million shillings saved can construct a two class room block in Amuru or Zombo Districts where children in this modern age are studying under trees.
