I have received a msg from one of the MSP and he sed they got the same task....which is mentioned in below message So should we stop nominating students juss coz MSP ppl wer given a similar task... (slightly similar I say)? Hello MSPs, here is a little suggestion on how to complete the task for the selection procedure of new MSPs. 1. Go to a college and arrange for a session. In the session, tell the students about the MSP program - what it is all about, what does it take to be an MSP, etc. Target S.E. & T.E. students. 2. Tell them that you are going to nominate only 5 people from their college.So there is going to be a selection criteria for that. 3. In the selection criteria, tell them that they have to give a small presentation on any technical topic for about 10 min. This way you will be able to judge their communication skill, technical skill and management skill. 4. Even if they dont know any technical topic, tell them to learn a new one. This will show how passionate they are to learn new things. 5. This way you will cover all the criteria required for an MSP aspirant. And I am always their to help you guys out.
