I have received far more e-mails than the comments here. It is quite amusing to me how vitriolic the hatred of Facebook is in some circles. The opprobrium piled on me for simply suggesting people comment here if they wish has been quite inappropriate. To all my detractors I simply ask, Have you never heard of redeeming what the enemy has defiled? I simply dont think I am part of the problem with Facebook. I have deliberately set a different course. Overall, we found the answer to the question we asked. There is a spiritual problem with the app. It took some listening and some detective work, but we have found where the junk came in. For a variety of reasons I am not free to share the who, what, when and where. But we are 95% confident we know what the issue is and why people are so challenged with the app. What we do not know is how to fix it. This is a new issue for us and we are feeling our way along looking for a principle that we discovered in another field that would be portable and applicable here.
